DIVERSITY POLICY 11 BIT STUDIOS S.A.
The Company 11 bit studios S.A. has not developed and does not implement a diversity policy with regard to the Company’s authorities and its key managers. This is due to the fact that the composition of the Board of Directors has remained unchanged since the Company’s inception. On the other hand, the number of key managerial positions is small and changes in them occur very rarely. Nevertheless, despite the lack of a formalised diversity policy, the Company strives to ensure comprehensiveness and diversity particularly in the areas of gender, fields of education, age and professional experience. However, the decisive aspect in the recruitment of new employees, including for managerial positions, remains, above all, high qualifications and substantive preparation for a specific function.
